The journey from San Jose to the resort takes around 45 minutes by van or car.


*Transfer from Manila to Apo Reef Club by Bus

Backpackers and adventurers from Manila who are planning excursions to Mindoro on tight budgets, can now travel  conveniently to the Island aboard an air-conditioned bus. This journey takes around 12 hours.

At the moment there are different bus operator available traveling from Manila going to San Jose Occidental Mindoro via Batangas Pier. This bus will take the ferry departing to Abra de ilog port and then continue traveling to san jose.

Tell to the driver to drop you off at Barangay Concepcion and once you are in Concepcion, you may call us on our office number +63 9178152499 so we can pick you up and bring you to the resort.


We also could offer private transfer by van from Abra de ilog to the resort upon request.

*Transfer from Anilao to Apo Reef Club

Anilao – Apo Reef Club

By van/car you drive around 1 hour to Batangas Pier. In Batangas you must take the Ferry departing to Abra de ilog. From Abra de ilog, one can either take any bus available or the normal service van to San Jose, and takes around 3.5 hours journey. It is advisable to inform the bus driver when boarding that he should stop and drop you off in Barangay Concepcion. You may call us on our office number +63 917 815 2499 so we can pick you up and bring you to the resort.

We can offer a transfer from/to Abra de ilog to the resort, which can be booked in advance.


Apo Reef Club – Anilao

You have to take the first bus at 6:00 in the morning from Barangay Concepcion going to Abra de ilog, this journey takes about 3.5 hours. From Abra de ilog you must take the ferry departing to Batangas Port and then from Batangas Pier to Anilao takes around 1 hour by van or car.

Puerto Galera – Apo Reef Club
The Carebbean Ferry leaves from Balatero Port in Puerto Galera. This runs daily from 10:00am to Abra de ilog and the crossing takes 1 hour. One can either take any bus available or the normal service van to San Jose and takes around 3.5 hours journey. It is advisable to inform the bus driver when boarding that he should stop and drop you off in Barangay Concepcion. Apo Reef Club – Puerto Galera
You have to take the first bus at 6:00 in the morning from Concepcion to Abra de ilog, the journey takes about 3.5 hours. In Abra de ilog you can then take Carebbean ferry, which leaves daily at 12h00 from the harbor.

We also offer transfer with our van from Abra de ilog to the resort or Resort to Abra de ilog, which can be booked in advance.

Total travel time to / From Puerto Galera is about 6 hours - 4 hours by private car.

*Transfer Coron – San Jose – Coron

Coron – Apo Reef Club

A ferry leaves from Coron to San Jose (occidental Mindoro) four times a week and the crossing takes about 6-8 hours. In San Jose you will arrive at Caminawit Pier and you can take a tricycle to Dimples Star bus station. Take the bus going to Mamburao or Abra de ilog (about 1 hour drive) then get off at Concepcion. It is advisable to inform the bus driver when boarding that he should stop in Concepcion. You may contact Apo reef Club (+63 917 815 24 99) for the pick up service at the bus station.


Apo Reef Club – Coron

One should take the bus at 4:00 am from Concepcion, which comes from Abra de ilog. It is a 1 hour journey to San Jose. You can take the Tricycle to Caminawit pier. The ferry runs 5 times a week.
